Toyota 8.4" rear-Tacoma, t100, tundra

Standard regear:

Unless you actually have bad bearings, all you really need to install gears is:

1. Inner (big) pinion bearing (I can't press it off the old pinion without destruction, it may be savable with the right tool=$300) #9036640068 $88.90
2. Spacer (crush sleeve)
3. pinion locknut
4. pinion seal #9031144007 $12.46
5. red Locktite
6. sealer
7. gear oil

In most cases that will do the trick making it an easy "few hours" job. I've had one that needed a different pinion shim out of 4. (I think it's been 4 now) That would be the time killer.
